Different inspections are carried out during repair process in order to check compliance of parts with specifications.
Inspections which are carried out in QC department of Shahriar Turbine Components include:

-   Dimensional Inspection
-   Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection
-   Metallurgical Inspection
-   Radiography Inspection
-   Ultrasonic Test
-   Creep Test
-   Surface Roughness Measurement
-   Natural Frequency Measurement
-   Weight Charting

Acceptance specifications are based on valid international standards. At the end of repair process for each order, all processes are re-checked and certificate of conformity is issued.
