Machining

There is a complete set of machining equipment including 3 axis CNC deburring macine, Creep grinding machine, lathe, EDM and super drill in the machining workshop to perform all required machining processes on turbine components.

With the DP lathe the company is able to machine components with diameter up to 2 meter.

The 3 axis CNC deburring and 2 axis creep grinding machine are used for machining of semi finished components in manufacturing of parts.

There is a complete set of required tools for assembling/disassembling of nozzle segments and vanes including precise flat table.
