Manufacturing of vanes

Shahriar Turbine Components has necessary knowledge and equipment for manufacturing of vanes and blades of different gas turbines independently or by cooperation with well known manufacturers.

The key equipment include creep grinding and CNC deburring for machining  , LPPS, HVOF and APS  machines for coating, vacuum furnaces for heat treatment and ceramic peening for coating and root of blades.

The company can apply a wide range of coatings include TBC, MCrAlY, wear resistant coatings as well as diffusion coatings include aluminide and chromide.

Application of Stellite coating on steam turbine blades exists in the portfolio of the company.
