COATING SERVICES

Coating centre of Shahriar Turbine Components Co. is able to apply high quality coatings on semi finished components. All types of coatings including Thermal Barrier Coatings, MCrAlYs, Hard faces, Alumindes and chromides are applicable on all types of hot gas path components of gas turbines.
These coatings are applied via a complete set of coating machinery including gas controlled furnaces ( for diffusion coatings) , robotic Air Plasma Spray , Low Pressure Plasma Spray , independent grit blasting, vapor degrease and ultrasonic cleaning machines along with a CNC controlled grit blasting system .
